rizer command-line interface.

rizer [config.yaml] [boulder options...] launches the Boulder GUI with the rizer plugin (PlasmaReactor2T, HybridDischarge2T, Generator/CoaxialCable/RLRCircuit blocks) registered, delegating everything else to the Boulder CLI:

rizer examples/gui/nrp_0d2t.yaml
rizer examples/gui/hybrid_discharge.yaml --port 8060
rizer --help                      # Boulder's own options

Also runnable without the console script: python -m rizer ....

Thin wrapper over boulder.cli.main: ensures the rizer reactor kinds are discovered (BOULDER_PLUGINS) even when rizer’s installed entry-point metadata is stale, then hands all arguments to Boulder.
