Circuit cases: request schemas, shipped defaults, and the solver entry point.

The layer the three consumers of the shipped rizer/configs YAML files share, with no web dependency of its own:

• the Rizer Spice API (rizer.spice.backend), over HTTP;

• the Boulder SpiceCircuit reactor kind (rizer.boulder_plugin.spice), in process;

• any script calling run_simulation() directly.

A circuit is described by a Pydantic request model (schemas), whose defaults come from rizer/configs/<circuit>.yaml through load_circuit_configs(), and solved by run_simulation().
